Briana Steelman is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Special Education Teacher with over 15 years of experience working with children aged 18 months to 19 years in specialized classrooms and ABA clinics. She is deeply committed to helping children with autism and unique learning needs reach their fullest potential and supporting families through parent training. Throughout her career, Briana has consistently demonstrated a commitment to her profession, a passion for helping children and families, and a dedication to professional growth and development. Her extensive experience in autism programs and versatile skill set make her a valuable asset in the field of special education and applied behavior analysis. Briana’s dream has always been to create a center that provides compassionate and collaborative care to children with autism and their families.
Briana enjoys hiking, backpacking, and spending time with her daughter and two dogs.
Summer Herrera is a certified special education teacher and spent close to a decade as a behavior specialist for a large school district. Summer has served families professionally in public education and privately, Summer's strengths include parent coaching, working with challenging parents, deescalating crisis situations and teaching others. She has extensive experience training teams of educators and administrators, police, and members of the community in de-escalation techniques, behavior management and a range of other topics. She was recently a coordinator of Special Education for a highly regarded charter school. Summer has an education background in counseling and psychology and is currently pursuing additional licensing. Summer provides support to families through our self-care program and provides direct therapy.
Summer spends her free time with her husband and their four children and four dogs. She enjoys shopping, hiking and volunteering at the local shelter to serve those in need.
